Thanks for your report! I tried to reproduce, and first thought I could, but it
was my footage… So please make sure this is not just an issue with a certain
clip. Cuts are only well recognized if they are hard (no transitions).
However there are some major changes for the scene detection coming with the
transition to MLT 7 (probably for 21.08)
