The color of the border in the bottom of the panel is very bright. I think it
should be darker or may not be present when a maximized application gets the
focus.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the theme Breeze-Dark.
2. Plasma panel put on top.
Actual Results:
A border is displayed at the bottom of the panel with a color that bothers
according to the color used for the issue of KWin.
