SUMMARY
Digikam default colourscheme not "optimal" font colour in thumbnail view and
pop-ups is white on white background.
Theme cannot be changed, only default scheme available for selection although
themes files are present in the right directory.
Issue occurs with digikam version 7.2.0 and beta 7.3 and remains after several
reinstallations. I have no problem with 7.2.0 rc installed on other PC (with
same OS)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings --> Themes

OBSERVED RESULT
No theme other than default can be selected and default theme is defect
