STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Centered non maximized panel with only the icons only task manager widget
OBSERVED RESULT
A constant gap located at the right of the panel. Disappears from time to time.
EXPECTED RESULT
No gap so that panel looks centered and uniform.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.21
