It is. Otherwise the security aspect is just pointless, anyone can call their
app spectacle and take as many screenshots as they want.
Our current implementation does need revisiting, there's lots of ways round it
for anything not in a sandbox (which I won't list publicly), and we'll consider
this use case when that happens.
But for now this is currently working as-intended and won't be changed.
