1. Install stable Windows build from
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Release_win64/
2. run kmymoney
3. Click settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Configure language only has "American English"
Menu titles are English only
Configure aqbanking is missing
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu titles in German for a German based Windows OS
aqbanking plugin installed as it was in Version 5.06 from
https://download.kde.org/stable/kmymoney/5.0.6/ and
https://download.kde.org/unstable/kmymoney/5.0.54a94f92d/win64/
