We fixed this recently: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422204 Did you fix it within the last week? because I'm on the latest version of Krita and no it is not fixed on that version, I cannot customize shape fills if they have gradient strokes/lines, it keeps glitching out and forcing the gradient strokes main color to be the only thing in the fill.
