When activating desktop grid effect maximized window doesn't respect the
"desktop frame" going into the background area, i think this isn't a thing with
the present windows effect turn off with desktop grid effect but i couldn't
find any option to change it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open up 2 windows, maximize one of them.
2. activate the desktop grid effect (ctrl+F8)
OBSERVED RESULT
Maximized window goes to the background area, not respecting the "desktop
frame".
EXPECTED RESULT
Maximized window should not go to the background area.
