But: To solve this bug, I can switch my resolution in display settings to sth. different (e.g. 2560x1440) and back to native resolution (3840x2160) to get proper scaling on desktop again. After manually changing resolution, I’m able to turn monitor off/on, and scaling looks just fine. But: after logout/login i get back the scaling issue from beginning, until i correct it manually.
