What probably happens is that some KDE software you are running calls some API of the KGlobalAccel which then makes a DBus call to the kglobalaccel daemon, resulting in it getting started. Preventing that from happening is easy enough, but before I make a patch doing so I want to check that I'm not missing a legitimate use case.
