Page Up/Down probably ask for the height property of the vertical scrollbar.
Until the scrollbar is shown for the first time, it has a default height, and
Page Up/Down scroll by the wrong distance.
To check that, open a long document with scrollbars shown, then disable
scrollbars, resize the window, and do Page Up/Down.
The fix for this bug is probably a +1-1 patch.
