SUMMARY
When Qt windows with Breeze style and new color scheme transitions to/from
active state, its "header" area and window title change background color.
Colors are the same, but their change is not synchronized (window title color
changes first). It looks somewhat jarring.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two windows with header areas side by side
2. Switch between them, and pay attention to how header/window title colors
change
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows title color changes before header color.
EXPECTED RESULT
Header and window title color change simultaniously.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 34
