data being sent by kdeconnectd, unprompted
SUMMARY
since a few months ago it'll rarely happen that kdeconnectd will start
uploading data, apparently to my phone, this is without any files being shared
and even after at least half an hour it won't stop until I kill the process,
the issue happens seemingly at random and not often, so starting the process
again doesn't have the issue appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
No sending huge amount of information to the phone

The next time it happens I'll try to see if wireshark gives anything useful
