Well, I see why it works now - these symbols seem are actually a Latin script letters, just with diacritics. All these letters must be presented in Qt::Key set: https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qt.html#Key-enum, so current layout doesn't need to be switched internally for the conversion. The problem began with non-Latin symbols not represented in Qt::Key set. So this is actually a different issue than Bug 375518 :) Thank you for cooperation!
