You should update, but issues like this are problems with the driver or the
driver settings. Also update Windows and make sure you have the latest version
of the driver, if your yoga comes with a separate driver. It might help to
reset Krita's settings as well.
But, yes, sorry, this is a local setup problem, not something we can fix in
Krita's code, because Krita doesn't contain code at that level for tablet
support.
