discover reviews window
SUMMARY
In "reviews for application" window like krita, the bottom scroll bar arrow
button is not shown in initial view, when scrolling down the bottom arrow
button is shown, then again when scrolled up the bottom arrow button
disappears.

1. open discover
2. open "show all reviews" for krita app
