Tablet, then mouse, then tablet again. Shows offset between pointer and effect.

SUMMARY
In most windows of Kden Live, the mouse pointer and the effect of the mouse
pointer match. But in some windows, notably the window where effects paramaters
are changed, the mouse pointer and the location of its effect are not aligned.

The effect of the mouse pointer occurs about seven menu-item-lines lower than
the pointer location.

This only happens when using the graphics tablet. When using a mouse, this is
not happening.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an effect and drop it on a clip, click on the clip, then move the
mouse to the effects window to adjust settings.
2. Hover the mouse over controls and try to move them.
3. Hove the mouse higher towards the top of the screen and try to move
controls.

OBSERVED RESULT
The controls change colour, and are able to be moved by the pointer, when the
pointer is higher up the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
1:1 correlation between the mouse pointer and its effect.
