As someone who logout and reboots many times my laptop, I'm often (not always)
getting serious slowness from "Restore last session" option especially if I
have many opened apps, sometimes the splash boot is stuck with loading icon,
and when I run coredumpctl I found many crashes of kglobalaccel5, kalarm and
akonadi* services. So the only clean solution that solves for me all those bugs
is to have always new empty session. Even if sometimes restoring session works
I don't see any significant speed difference compared to new empty session (I
think due to having HDD).
