With the new margins feature in Plasma 5.21, this has changed slightly: task
Manager applets on a bottom panel now respect Fitts' law for me, but not other
applets. I feel like the bug is in the margin handling and click forwarding
code.
Niccolò, since you're pretty familiar with this now, could you take a look?
Also bumping to HI since breaking Fitts' law always annoys users and generates
duplicate bug reports.
