SUMMARY
Pressing left and right click simultaneously in the scratch pad makes it
freeze. I need to restart the application for it to work again. It becomes
really annoying when I accidentally hit my right click when testing brushes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. edit a brush
2. click left and right mouse simultaneously in the scratch pad
OBSERVED RESULT
the scratch pad freezes and can no longer be interacted with.
the application needs to be restarted for it to work again.
EXPECTED RESULT
the scratch pad keeps working as usual.
maybe a right-click menu is supposed to be displayed?

I found an old post about this bug from 5 years ago. Apparently it was supposed
to be fixed.
