Strange side border
SUMMARY
Since recent updates there is a strange discolored border in Plasma popups.
Looks like it's in the area of the popup border. It rectifies itself as soon as
a popup repaints (e.g. entering with mouse cursor or an animation happening)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a system tray popup for an active plasmoid
OBSERVED RESULT
Strange side border
EXPECTED RESULT
No discolored border
