SUMMARY
Simply put, having preferred://filemanager as a Kickoff favourite... causes it
to not show up in Favourites.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Manually add preferred://filemanager somehow to Kickoff's favourites via
configuration changing
2. Open Kickoff with those changes set
OBSERVED RESULT
preferred://filemanager isn't displayed there
EXPECTED RESULT
The default file manager displays in Favourites
