If I change the directory path, then the app doesn't ask to move files in this
directory as in previous versions.
Also it's good to make such directory after I saved the settings and delete
previous directory.
Example:
I change the Pictures path from "~/Pictures" to "~/images".
Expectation:
The directory "~/images" has been created.
I've got a prompt to move files from "~/Pictures/*.jpg" to "~/Images/*.jpg".
(Probably the directory "~/Pictures" has been deleted.)
