SUMMARY
Random lag spikes and generally extremely slow responsiveness since update in
new KDE 5.21
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
It happens in the beginning of a move. Even it is a mouse cursor move (not a
usb mouse, it's the laptops trackpad) or it is a window move (dragging a
window). So in the beginning it's slow responsive and after some seconds it
behaves fast and normal!
PS: Have tried with all desktop effects disabled and compositor disabled as
well and the problem still exists.
