SUMMARY
Elisa searches for all files on every start instead of creating a consistent
database once and updating it later.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Elisa
2. Restart the system
3. Start Elisa again
OBSERVED RESULT
Elisa searches for music in all specified directories.
EXPECTED RESULT
Elisa should search for music files once and only update it later as it does
when it's quit and restarted without rebooting the whole pc.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro (Arch)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have around 2000/3000 flac files, which takes a few seconds to search through
- that's the reason I'm reporting this.
