SUMMARY
The automatic screen orientation doesn't work when set to "Only in tablet
mode". I looked up org.kde.KWin.TabletModeManager with QDusViewer and it shows
the right state and also signals change. When not setting the "Only in tablet
mode" the automatic orientation works well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Display Configuration in System Settings
2. Select Orientation and Only when in tablet mode and apply
3. Switch to tablet mode and rotate
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen doesn't change its orientation
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen changes its orientation
