SUMMARY
KDE session wait around 8~10 seconds before closing on Logout/Shutdown/Reboot,
except if I manually stop kwalletd5 and kdeconnectd before ending session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Logout from KDE
2. It will wait 8~10 seconds before really logout
OBSERVED RESULT
Logout is not instant.
EXPECTED RESULT
Logout is instant.
