SUMMARY
Scrolling up with mouse wheel doesn't change the numbers. (Scrolling down is
working.)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a clip to project bin then timeline.
2. Right click on the clip, then choose edit duration for example.
3. Place the cursor on the numbers, then try to scroll up or down... increasing
the numbers doesn't work, decreasing works.
The same problem exists when I add an effect and I want to change the length
with the mouse wheel.
Win10, Kdenlive 20.12.3; fullHD 59.94 fps
