SUMMARY
When I press power button on a computer, it immediately starts shutting down.
However, after putting PC in sleep mode then waking it up, everything works as
it should. This bug started with 5.21, before that pressing power button showed
confirmation screen (attached)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press power button
OBSERVED RESULT
PC is powered off
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen with power options appeared
