We ship a DBus service file.
It should look like this:
/usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.kde.kglobalaccel.service
[D-BUS Service]
Name=org.kde.kglobalaccel
Exec=/home/opt/kde5/bin/kglobalaccel5
SystemdService=plasma-kglobalaccel.service
