SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the current KDE Neon stable/user distro from neon.kde.org
2. Write it into a USB key
3. Boot Mac Mini via pressing Left Alt (or option on Apple kb)
4. Select "EFI Boot" appearing right
OBSERVED RESULT
System doesn't boot
EXPECTED RESULT
System booting into Install/Live environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am available for further testing/reports. I have successfully installed KDE
Neon to that system in the past so I believe it is a regression
