When you set icons arrangements to Columns and Align Right, on reboot or
creating any files or new folder the alignment will move to left and by
clicking on desktop it will back to Right again, this is a very annoying and
ugly bug for incredible KDE.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure Desktop and wallpaper, Navigate to Icons section.
