Screenshot of Latte Dock

SUMMARY
After enabling scrolling in the Latte Tasks plasmoid while having the dock in
"justify" mode it's always a couple pixels too short and let's me scroll a
couple pixels.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create Dock
2. Set it to "justify" in "Edit Dock" > Behavior > Alignment
3. Drop the Latte Tasks plasmoid into the dock (It seems to not matter if it's
centered, left/top or right/bottom

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is possible while the dock is not "full".

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should only be possible when there is not enough space for all icons.
