SUMMARY
The startup takes a long time and hangs on "checking ICC repository..."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Start the widows app
It was faster in the past days. So it might be a good idea NOT to rely on an
internet connection for application startup and put all sync work in the
background once started.
