Position of splitter between monitors and timeline is not remembered between
restarts of kdenlive
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the splitter
2. Restart kdenlive
OBSERVED RESULT
Splitter is at the old position again
EXPECTED RESULT
Splitter position should be remembered between restarts
