SUMMARY
Take a video clip, cut it evenly every n seconds and optionally remove
everything except every n-th part.
STEPS HOW IT SHOULD WORK
1. Have a video clip with 9 seconds
2. Cut it every second
3. Remove parts 2+3,5+6,8+9 leaving only the parts 1+4+7
Don't know if this generally makes sense, but I could have used it on a clip
with a long walk between two points to speed it up (didn't want to speed up the
video itself).
