Okay, then when using the Breeze color scheme (and other older ones that don't
have Header colors), this is already fixed with the fix for Bug 433118.
For color schemes that do have Header colors, the line is intentional, as a way
of visually distinguishing the window's content area from the header
area--whether that header area has a titlebar, menubar, and toolbars, a
titlebar and menubar, a titlebar and toolbars, or just a titlebar.
