SUMMARY
Installing `plasma-discover-backend-flatpak` does not pull
`xdg-desktop-portal-gtk` leaving flatpak/gtk/wayland users with non-working
themes (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426788), cursor themes
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418936) and broken fonts
(https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/2861).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kubuntu.
2. Login into wayland
3. Install `plasma-discover-backend-flatpak`
4. Install some gtk app from flatpak
5. Gtk theme, cursor theme not applied to app
OBSERVED RESULT
Gtk theme, cursor theme not applied to app.
EXPECTED RESULT
Gtk theme, cursor theme applied to app.
