--- Comment #5 from Glyn <g...@tutamail.com> --- Okay, so the problem seems to be related to the scaling. When I switch to 360p or 270p preview scaling on the server, it crashes. I also have the same problem on the server in Shotcut. Although Shotcut doesn't appear to have a 270p preview scaling option, it does have a 360p option, and when I apply that, it also crashes. As with Kdenlive, any preview scaling above 360p seems to work fine, even with Fade in/out video effects enabled. The video is just choppy when playing back at these resolutions (60% CPU usage on the i5, and all threads being used, and on the server's Xeon's, most of the threads are not even being used.
