It's especially useful when using BorderlessMaximizedWindows. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Setup a top Plasma panel. 2. Use BorderlessMaximizedWindows in KWin. 3. Maximize a window. 4. Drag from the empty space in the top panel. OBSERVED RESULT No action. EXPECTED RESULT Unmaximize and drag window with cursor on the now visible titlebar. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: master KDE Frameworks Version: master Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION There was some discussion about implementing this in the Active Window Control plasmoid here: https://github.com/kotelnik/plasma-applet-active-window-control/issues/30 The feature is also present in Latte.
