            Bug ID: 432951
Summary: Plasma prompts lock screen when watching fullscreen
                    video
           Product: Powerdevil
           Version: 5.20.5
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: taja...@zoho.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
With two full-screen videos open on two different workspaces and a second
screen plugged in, plasma sometimes goes to sleep even if the focussed video is
playing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On my KDE Neon laptop, I plug in a second screen with an HDMI cable. The
second screen mirrors the laptop screen.
2. On workspace 1, open a youtube video. Make it fullscreen.
3. Switch to workspace 3, leaving the fullscreen video open. I switch with a
custom keyboard shortcut, but I don't *think* it makes any difference.
4. Use VLC to play a DVD in fullscreen on workspace 3. After a while, the
laptop goes to the lock screen, which is my current behaviour for inactivity.

OBSERVED RESULT
Laptop prompts lock screen (suspect it just does whatever you have set for
inactivity) even though focussed video is fullscreen and playing.

EXPECTED RESULT
Laptop shouldn't sleep.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon 5.20
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changing power settings such that laptop never sleeps/screen never dims/etc...
is a work-around.
