SUMMARY
Splits with background blur either flicker or stop being blurred.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create at least two profiles, one with background blur, one without
2. Create a split
3. Set one split to the blurred profile, the second split to the
solid-background profile
4. Select the split without a blurred background
OBSERVED RESULT
The split with the blurred background profile either flickers between crisp and
blurry, or stays crisp
EXPECTED RESULT
The split with the blurred background profile should blur the background
