STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Got to Settings - Fonts - Force font DPI = 120 (scree 12" FullHD)
2. Apply
3. Logout, Login in KDE
4. Go to widget (battery icon) press.
5. Press on checkbox Enable Power Managment. Make it OFF
6. Close widget.

Repeat the steps to turn ON and the checkbox does not "light up".

7. Lock screen WIN+L
