SUMMARY
Regardless of how bad of a UI choice such things may be, Zoom produces many of
them and none of them seem to work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open up a program with XWayland that produces a lot of popups(in my case
Zoom)
2. cause the program to produce a popup window
3. The popup window does not appear.
OBSERVED RESULT
The popup window does not appear
EXPECTED RESULT
The popup window appears
