SUMMARY
KDE freezes when screen is woken up from auto-lock. The PC was left for 30
minutes or so, and I came back and hit a key to wake up the monitor, but the
lockscreen doesn't show up. Instead, the KDE environment is displayed, but
everything on the screen is frozen.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable auto lock.
2. Leave the PC for 20 mins for it to lock and the monitor to turn off.
3. Hit a key to wake up the monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen lock doesn't appear, instead desktop is frozen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen lock would appear, and then I would be able to login.
