When i open a new window view, it shows up that i can't draw inside it, because
there is a group layer not editable, but it doesn't have any group layer..
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file
2. After Open the file, click in the Window -> New Window
3. In the Window that poped out, go to Window -> New View -> "File Name"
4. Try to draw something at this window.
Actual Results:
Print a message at screen: "group not editable"
Expected Results:
I Expected that i can draw at the new window.
