STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate "Window geometry" option (Window Management > Window Behavior >
Movement tab)
2. Play a video (tested with mpv and vlc besides the player in the attachment)
2. Drag window

OBSERVED RESULT
Dragging the window is not smooth 

EXPECTED RESULT
Dragging the window is smooth
