ugly border above KCM title in System Settings
SUMMARY
There is(are) ugly border(s) above/around the titles of KCMs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set System Settings to Icon View mode
2. open any KCM in System Settings: we can see a ugly border above the KCM
title - see the first attached screenshot.
3. launch any standalone KCM via Konsole - run "kcmshhell5 kcm_kscreen", for
example.
The second attached screenshot shows ugly borders around the title of the
standalone Kcm.
EXPECTED RESULT
no border above/around the titles of KCMs.
