SUMMARY
As we can see in the attached screenshot, blue border appears when I hover over
the new Keyboard Layout applet on Wayland session. No other applet present in
system tray has this effect on mouseover.
EXPECTED RESULT
Same effect when we hover over any applet in system tray.
