I try to start Plasma Wayland and it crashes.

There are errors from org.kde.plasma.notifications and
org.kde.plasma.keyboardlayout packages, I assume the reason is in
notifications. Unfortunately, I don't know if it is possible to debug further
without development environment.
Maybe it also depends on my system/user config, but keyboard layout and
notifications are base parts of desktop environment, that's why I haven't
tested with new generated config.
